We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 70-bed residential care service providing high-quality support for older adults, including residential, respite, and dementia care. The home offers a warm, homely environment with en-suite rooms, private patios, and a range of shared facilities designed to enhance resident wellbeing.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compassionate running of the service. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care to residents with a range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex care requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong operational leadership for all aspects of the care home
