About the Role:
As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compassionate running of the service, ensuring high standards of clinical and personal care. You will lead and develop the multidisciplinary team, maintain robust governance and quality frameworks, and ensure full compliance with CQC standards. Key Responsibilities:
