This opportunity is based within a 5-bed supported living setting for adults with learning disabilities, behaviours of concern, and complex or dual-diagnosis needs. Individuals are encouraged to take part in both in-house and community-based activities that promote wellbeing, confidence, and social connection.

As the Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, team leadership, and operational performance. Reporting to a senior operational leader, you will work closely with colleagues, external professionals, and stakeholders to create positive outcomes for the people supported and the wider team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of a supported living service.
