About the Role:
As the Clinical Registered Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of care within the home. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, embedding robust clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and patient-centred care planning. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of life for residents, the confidence of families, and the professional growth of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the dementia care home, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care at all times.
- Lead, support, and develop the clinical and care teams, including supervision, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Oversee and maintain robust clinical governance systems, including risk management, incident reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and all relevant regulatory frameworks, including preparation for inspections and implementation of action plans.
- Drive and monitor quality improvement programmes, using audits, data, and feedback to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
