Keystone Care is looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager to join a newly built Mental Health Nursing Home. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional person-centred care while driving quality improvements and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of residents and leading a committed care team.

Salary: £65,000 per annum DoE + £4000 Bonus potential

Location: Belfast Metropolitan Area

Type: Monday - Friday

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day activities of the care home
  • Ensure delivery of quality, person-centred care and achieve highest standards
  • Manage budgets and financial effectiveness of the home
  • Ensuring RQIA compliance
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff, building a successful team
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Ensure safe management of medications and health & safety standards
  • Drive business development and maintain excellent occupancy levels
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Significant experience in care home management or quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of RQIA requirements and regulations
