Registered Manager (RGN) – Elderly & Dementia Care Home Location: Durham Salary: £55,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for an experienced Registered Manager (RGN) to lead a welcoming, nurse-led elderly and dementia care home. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically focused leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care. Leading a dedicated team within a 40-bed service, you will be responsible for maintaining high clinical standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a positive environment where residents and colleagues can thrive.
