Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead (RGN) to support the leadership of a complex care nursing home in Hampshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, supporting the nursing team, and driving quality and compliance across the service. They will also have previous experience working in a senior clinical role.
Location: Hampshire
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £56,000 - £60,000 per annum
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high quality clinical care for all residents, while assisting in the development and guidance of the nursing and care team
- Promote a culture of continuous clinical improvement across the service
- Complete clinical audits and review care plans to ensure best practice and compliance
- Work closely with staff, residents and their families to support person-centred care
- Ensure high standards of clinical practice are maintained in line with CQC guidelines
- Support the management of clinical staff to ensure the home runs in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with monitoring clinical standards, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory compliance
Skills and experience:
- Experience working in a senior clinical role within a Nursing or Residential Dementia care home
- A strong commitment to improving quality and compliance within a care home setting
- Active Nursing Pin - RGN
