We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join a small-mid size Residential Care provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to lead a care home specialising in Dementia and General Nursing care.

Salary: £54,000 per annum (DoE)

Location: Somerset

Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Use your considerable expertise to develop and sustain the Home, actively leading and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care for residents.
  • Build effective relationships with your team, residents, their relatives, and the local community.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care quality.
  • Lead and manage teams within a Person-centred Care environment.
  • Drive operational excellence and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and motivate your team to deliver first-class care.
  • Manage all aspects of home operations including staffing, budgets, and service delivery.
  • Ensure the home maintains excellent facilities and presentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Home Manager with Level 5 in Leadership Management.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Home Manager.
  • Experience managing a minimum of a 30 bedded home.
  • Specialisation in the care of Dementia.
