About the role: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced General Care Manager to lead our small 20-bed residential dementia care home in Cumbria. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, supportive, and homely environment. The role involves leading and supporting the staff team, maintaining compliance with CQC standards and relevant legislation, and promoting the wellbeing, dignity, and independence of all residents.
