Deputy Manager – Luxury Care Home Location: Cambridgeshire Salary: Circa £62500 + Market Leading Benefits Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established luxury care provider for an experienced and ambitious Deputy Manager to join one of their premium care homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is ready to play a key role in driving standards, supporting the team, and preparing the home for its next inspection. The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to continue building a high-performing, resident-focused service, with genuine opportunities for future progression into a General Manager role.
