This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build a lucrative desk, earn exceptional commission, and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the company. You will focus on placing senior and leadership professionals such as Registered Managers, Home Managers, Deputy Managers, and Operational Leaders into residential and nursing care homes, acting as a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike.

The Role:

  • Take full ownership of a permanent senior‑level recruitment desk within health and social care

  • Develop and grow strong, long‑term relationships with care home owners, directors, and senior stakeholders
  • Win new business through targeted business development and solution‑led sales conversations
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from client briefing to offer negotiation and placement
  • Add value through consultative advice around hiring strategy, leadership needs, and market insights
  • Consistently work towards and exceed revenue targets, maximising commission potential

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within permanent recruitment
  • Experience recruiting management or senior‑level professionals (health and social care desirable but not essential)
  • A strong sales mindset with a track record of winning and growing client accounts
  • Confident, consultative communicator able to influence senior decision‑makers
  • Self‑motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial — comfortable with winning new business
  • Organised, resilient, and commercially focused

Why Join Us?

  • Excellent, uncapped commission structure with genuine high‑earning potential
  • Opportunity to build on an already existing specialist senior perm desk
  • Join a growing company where performance is recognised and rewarded
  • Real autonomy, with the support to develop your own market and personal brand
  • Clear progression for ambitious consultants who want to move into senior or leadership roles
