We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established 46-bed nursing and residential care home providing person-centred care for older adults and individuals with complex nursing needs. The service delivers residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care within a warm and welcoming environment focused on enhancing quality of life.
About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. You will lead and support a dedicated team while maintaining excellent standards across clinical care, compliance, staffing, and resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational management across the service
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop care and nursing teams
- Oversee person-centred care planning and clinical governance
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive occupancy, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or senior leadership experience within a nursing or care home setting
- Strong understanding of elderly care, dementia care, and complex nursing needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
- Nurse qualification desirable but not essential
