Job summary:
Previous office experience, computer skills, working within an office environment. Responsibilities include: sales order input, receiving/making sales calls, customer liaison, dispatch coordination, invoicing, purchase order input & booking-in, purchase invoice reconciliation, general phone calls, and general office duties. The position requires managing the office throughout the working week. The candidate should have extensive experience in all areas of office admin and be willing to liaise closely with all office and store staff. Full computer literacy is essential. Reporting will be direct to the two directors. Full training will be provided.
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (30.5 hours per week)
