We are seeking a skilled and motivated Calibration Technician to join our team, delivering high-quality service and support for both Keysight and non-Keysight electrical, electronic, and mechanical instruments.

Responsibilities:

  • Calibration/validation of electrical/electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain functionality and accuracy.
  • Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location.
  • Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.
  • Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
  • Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication.
  • Travel to customer sites <35% performing calibrations (On-site).

Qualifications:

  • Education and technical knowledge within sector and role
  • Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician with relevant experience in calibration
  • IT knowledge (Windows, Office)
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Confident at answering customer questions
  • Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions
  • Ability to work independently and proactive attitude
  • Able to obtain UK security clearance
