Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Calibration/validation of electrical/electronic test instruments and mechanical torque tools to maintain functionality and accuracy.Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location.Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.Understand customers\’ requirements through face to face and written communication.Travel to customer sites Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education and technical knowledge within sector and roleCertifications as an electronic/electrical technician with relevant experience in calibrationIT knowledge (Windows, Office)Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)Confident at answering customer questionsAbility to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutionsAbility to work independently and proactive attitudeAble to obtain UK security clearance
