Responsibilities
As a Service Tech Coordinator, you will:
- Test, calibrate, validate, and repair electronic or analytical instruments, products, and modules
- Maintain functionality and accuracy of equipment through preventative maintenance and refurbishment
- Work on Keysight products as well as third-party instruments
- Perform service primarily at a Keysight site, with occasional work at customer locations
- Interpret customer requirements and identify potential needs to ensure satisfaction
- Evaluate assignments and determine appropriate technical actions
- Apply analytical thinking and develop customized approaches to complex tasks
- Solve technical problems requiring broad and deep knowledge of repair, calibration, and maintenance techniques, equipment, and processes
Qualifications
- Higher education degree or specialized training/certification in a relevant technical field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Typically a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge and skills in electronic repair, calibration, and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
