Responsibilities

  • Calibration/validation of electronic instrumentation to maintain functionality and accuracy.
  • Both Keysight and non-Keysight products are serviced. Work is performed at a customer location.
  • Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.
  • Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
  • Understand customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication.
  • Travel to customer sites >75% performing calibrations (On-site).

Qualifications

  • Education and technical knowledge within sector and role.
  • Relevant experience in calibration of Test & Measurement equipment (focus on RF/MW).
  • Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician.
  • IT knowledge (Windows, Office).
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Confident at answering customer questions.
  • Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to obtain UK security clearance.
  • Full clean driving licence.
