Responsibilities
- Calibration/validation/repair of electrical/electronic test instruments to maintain functionality and accuracy.
- Both Keysight and non‑Keysight products are serviced.
- Work is performed at the Telford Service Centre.
- Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.
- Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Understanding customers’ requirements through face to face and written communication.
- Travel to customer sites.
You will be working in a team of experienced technicians and will be responsible for all steps in calibration, with training provided where required.
Qualifications
- Education and technical knowledge within sector and role.
- Certifications as an electronic/electrical technician with relevant experience in calibration.
- IT knowledge (Windows, Office).
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Confident at answering customer questions.
- Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and search proactively for solutions.
- Ability to work independently and proactive attitude.
- Able to obtain UK security clearance.
