Keysight Technologies is looking for an experienced Product Management Director to lead the strategy, roadmap, and business growth of our Wireless Emulation and Simulation portfolio.

About The Role
As a key leader, you will manage a team of product managers and work closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy, influence industry direction, and ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap for the Wireless Emulation & Simulation portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and market focus.
- Collaborate with R&D and leadership to align business strategy with technology development.
- Engage with key customers, industry partners, and standards bodies to shape solution direction and thought leadership in 5G and 6G.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful launches, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to inform strategy.
- Represent Keysight in executive and external forums as a subject matter leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in product management or related leadership roles in technology industries.
- Proven ability to define and execute strategic product roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in global organizations across multiple geographies.
Preferred
- Deep understanding of wireless technologies (4G/5G/6G, test & measurement, network emulation, or related).
- Experience managing software product portfolios or platform‐based solutions.
- MBA or equivalent strategic business experience.
