Responsibilities:

  • Calibration/validation/repair of electrical/electronic test instruments to maintain functionality and accuracy. Both Keysight and non‑Keysight products are serviced.
  • Work is performed at the Telford Service Centre.
  • Performing routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment.
  • Solving a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
  • Understand customers’ requirements through face‑to‑face and written communication.
  • Travel to customer sites.
