We're looking for passionate Outdoor Education Instructors to join our team, delivering meaningful outdoor experiences for young people across schools and children’s homes. Through long-term engagement, you'll help build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills – making a real impact every day. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver activities that are safe, engaging, and professionally delivered, ensuring participants achieve high-quality learning outcomes.
- Have excellent communication and people skills.
- Be confident leading and managing groups, even in challenging situations.
- Be motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about outdoor learning.
- Ideally have previous experience in a similar role (although attitude and enthusiasm are just as important).
