Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver activities that are safe, engaging, and professionally delivered, ensuring participants achieve high-quality learning outcomes.
  • Have excellent communication and people skills.
  • Be confident leading and managing groups, even in challenging situations.
  • Be motivated, positive, and enthusiastic about outdoor learning.
  • Ideally have previous experience in a similar role (although attitude and enthusiasm are just as important).
