JOB ROLE: Waking Nights Family Support Worker - PART TIME
LOCATION: Wellington, Telford, TF1
HOURS: 25 Hours Per Week - 2 wake nights

More about the role: You will take a multifaceted approach to providing support to families in the centre on day shifts and waking night shifts. Ensure the families are able to achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing practical support and advice. You will be part of a qualified and experienced team that is overseen by the Centre Manager. Complete initial assessments of the family’s needs enabling you to produce action plans. You will act as a positive role model developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.
What do you need? We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient. Ability to work as part of a team. Good professional boundaries with the families. Very organised on a day to day basis. You need to be able to work flexibly to provide support for families and children. This will include working shifts with full-time and night hours being available.
