Keys Group is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our Oswestry/Shrewsbury area team. You will support children and young people with emotional, physical and social needs, accompany them to appointments, school and activities, and help with daily routines.
This full-time role includes nights and sleep-ins, personal care, and safeguarding responsibilities. We offer induction, DBS funded, generous annual leave, pension, referral bonuses and career development.
