Learning Disabilities Support Worker - Paignton
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Support Worker with a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Join our brand-new supported living service in Paignton, where you will help people with learning disabilities live more independently and work towards their personal goals.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
- Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, includingaccompanyingthe people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
- Assistingwith personal care asrequired.
- Assistingwith domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
- Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
