Keys Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Summer Hill Avenue, a brand-new residential care home in Newport opening in 2025.
You will lead day-to-day care, mentor a team of Support Workers and ensure personalised care helping residents live independently.
You will assess and create care plans with residents, families and healthcare professionals, maintain high standards, supervise activities, coordinate appointments and medication, and uphold safety.
