About the Role

Keys Health are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Strategic Change Lead to drive and support the successful delivery of operational improvements, strategic transformation initiatives, and business-as-usual (BAU) projects across the organisation.

ADHD360 is a part of the Keys health division operating as the UK’s largest and most innovative ADHD clinic.

Diagnosing, treating and empowering those living with ADHD to unlock their potential and live brighter lives.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the COO and make a significant impact on the future direction and operational success across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change & Transformation
  • Lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of operational change initiatives across the organisation.
  • Support strategic projects from concept through to execution, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to successful change and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Project Delivery
  • Manage a portfolio of BAU and strategic projects, ensuring clear governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, reporting frameworks, and success measures.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the COO and senior leadership team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with operational leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on change management, process improvement, and operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and engagement sessions to support successful adoption of change.

  • Analyse existing operational processes and identify opportunities to streamline and improve performance.
  • Use data and operational insights to inform decision-making and prioritisation.
  • Design and implement sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Governance & Reporting
  • Produce high-quality project documentation, business cases, status reports, and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for change initiatives.
  • Track and report on project outcomes, benefits realisation, and key performance indicators.
  • Proven experience leading operational change or business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong project management experience across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
  • Demonstrable success delivering change programmes that have resulted in measurable operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
