Keys Education is recruiting a Referrals Manager to lead the referrals function across our specialist schools and adventurous education services. You will manage referrals from enquiry to placement, working with commissioners, local authorities, SEND teams and operational colleagues to ensure a smooth, responsive experience for every stakeholder.
You will maintain a strong referral pipeline, drive conversions and response times, and lead a team of Referrals Administrators and a Sales Executive.
