About The Role

Are you a creative and ambitious marketing professional looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our award-winning team. You'll play a key role in creating engaging content and delivering campaigns across digital and offline channels, helping to strengthen our brand and support business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in content creation, campaign delivery and brand marketing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency of the Keys brand across all marketing materials and maintain organised digital asset libraries.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns across all platforms.
  • Create engaging graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Produce visual content for a range of channels, including newsletters, brochures, guides and other marketing collateral.
  • Create and upload written and visual content to the company website via the CMS.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to develop campaign concepts, presentations and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the delivery of paid media activity, including PPC and social advertising campaigns, working with external agencies where required.
  • Carry out competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.

About You

  • Essential: Previous Experience (6 Months - 2 years) in a marketing role is essential.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design and marketing work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign); Figma experience is desirable.
  • Strong design skills with experience creating content and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO best practices and website CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and copywriting skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible approach to working hours when required.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own Vehicle.
  • Able to attend the Halesowen office or agreed city locations at least once a month and travel nationwide to visit services and engage with teams.
