Alternative Learning is looking for an inspiring SEN Tutor to support vulnerable students in Maths, English and interventions at KS3 or foundation KS4 level.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face lessons in students' homes
- Work closely with our safeguarding specialists
- Help students with SEND or SEMH needs re-engage with education
Requirements
- A committed and passionate view of students with SEND
- Experience of tuition of children with SEND or SEMH needs
- Must hold a full UK driving licence, have access to your own vehicle, and be able to provide evidence of valid business insurance and a current MOT.

We support young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to SEMH needs, EBSNA, anxiety or SEND needs. Our personalised approach includes face-to-face home tuition, online lessons with subject specialists and outdoor learning through PEAK activity centres.
We're expanding in your area and offering flexible tutoring roles. While the contract is 0-hours, we guarantee regular work.
