Children\'s Support Worker (Various Homes)
Location: Various Homes across Spalding, Holbeach & Wisbech
Salary: Β£13.45 - Β£14.15 per hour
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence Required
We\'re looking for caring, resilient, and passionate individuals to join our Children\'s Residential Home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
Working flexibly across our homes in Spalding, Holbeach, and Wisbech, you\'ll build positive relationships, provide emotional support, act as a positive role model, and help young people develop the confidence and life skills they need to thrive.
What we\'re looking for:
- Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals (or transferable skills from education, care, youth work, police, or armed forces).
- A caring, patient, and resilient approach.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Understanding of trauma-informed or therapeutic care is desirable.
