Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a supervisory role in a Children’s Residential setting.
  • Working towards or holding a Level5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
  • Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act1989 and Children’s Home Regulations.
  • Experience of budgets and financial management.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
