Compensation & Logistics
- SALARY: £29,304.60 - £30,521.40 per annum. Plus Sleep ins paid at £62.64 working out to an extra £3000-£6000 per annum
- Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
- Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required
Our Children's Home in Yarnton is looking for a number of Senior Residential Support Workers to join their team and be part of something special. With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers, you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring. Our young people are between 8-18 years old who display emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.
When you join us, you will be working to a rota completing 39 hours per week which will be done as shifts including long days and sleep-ins.
