Residential Support Worker

Salary: £14.05 - £14.75 plus sleep‑ins paid at £62.64, working out to an extra £3,000-£6,000 per annum from 1 April 2026.

Our Children's Home in Wootton, Bedfordshire is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join our team and be part of something special.
With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers, you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live, despite the challenges they may bring.
Our young people are between 8-18 years old who display emotional, behavioural difficulties.
This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.
When you join us you will be working to a rota: 39 hours per week, completed as shifts including long days and sleep‑ins.
