The role drives high standards in teaching, learning, behaviour and pastoral care across KS3–KS5 in a rural setting, with a focus on inclusion and core EPIC values.

You will model professional conduct, lead attendance and standards, and contribute to safeguarding, SEND and Ofsted readiness.
