Senior Support Worker, Children's Residential Home Witney
SALARY: £15.40 - £16.00 per hour Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000pa)
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

What do you need?
- A minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.
- Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
- Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.
- You need to be able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps.
