Salary: £29.2k-£30.4k + Additional £3,000-£8,000 per year from sleep ins

Hours: 39 Hours working long days plus sleep in overnight

Full UK Driving Licence is required

You will be supporting vulnerable young people to reach their full potential and have positive outcomes, giving them hope for the future. As a Senior support worker, you will be at the heart of everything we do and your passion and knowledge will inspire the team. You will be able to develop your skills, lead the shifts and gain further qualifications to grow and develop into future leaders and take on additional responsibilities. Many of our current Managers started as support workers!

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year’s experience working within a Residential Children’s home.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People qualification is essential.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • A full UK driving licence.
