We provide innovative care and education services that nurture emotional and behavioural growth. In this vital role, you'll help create a warm, safe, and supportive home environment for up to 5 young people (aged 11-17), empowering them to thrive and making every day extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and daily support to young people
- Act as a mentor to support staff and lead by example
- Promote a positive, nurturing environment for recovery and growth
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential
- Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Full UK Driving Licence
