Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential Care

Letchworth - Rated "Good" by Ofsted

£16.25 - £16.85 per hour Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000pa) From April 1st 2026

08:00-22:00 39 hours per week

Full UK Driving Licence is required

In this vital role, you'll help create a warm, safe, and supportive home environment for up to 5 young people (aged 11-17), empowering them to thrive and making every day extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and daily support to young people
  • Act as a mentor to support staff and lead by example
  • Promote a positive, nurturing environment for recovery and growth
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential
  • Level 3 in Children and Young People
  • Full UK Driving Licence
