Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and daily support to young people.
- Act as a mentor to support staff.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience in Children’s Residential Level 3 (Children and Young People).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Working Hours & Schedule
From April 1st 2026, 08:00-22:00, 39 hours per week. Working approximately 4-8 sleep‑ins per month.
Pay & Benefits
£16.25 - £16.85 per hour plus £62.64 per sleep‑in (approximately £3,000-£6,000 per annum).
