About the Role
Keys Group provides innovative care and education services to children and young people who have complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Responsibilities
- Be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people, led and supported by a registered manager.
- Act as a positive role model and give encouragement and praise.
- Enjoy fun days out such as swimming, trampolining, football, dance and revisit missed milestones.
- Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situations.
- Build friendships and trusting relationships.
- Help them to find pleasure in everyday tasks.
- Empower them to make decisions about themselves.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential in this role.
Qualifications & Skills
- Great communication skills; fun, positive and energetic.
- Experience and qualifications in children’s care or transferable skills such as nursery, sport, education or early years experience.
- Ability to build trusting relationships and be a role model.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Work flexibly in caring for the children, including shifts and sleep‑ins.
