Keys Group’s Heckington House School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to deliver tailored 1:1 interventions for children with SEND and EHCP requirements. You will support pupils with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, using trauma-informed approaches to foster engagement and independence in small, nurturing classrooms.
Working with teachers and the SENDCO, you will help track progress, adapt activities, and support behaviour and social development.
