Senior Residential Support Worker

Taunton

SALARY: £13.60 - £14.20 per hour / £27,580 - £28,797 per annum Plus sleep-in allowance, £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month, £3,000-£6,000 pa)

Full Time hours - 39 Per Week

  • A minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.
  • Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
  • Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People.
  • You need to be able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps.
