Overview
Salary: £26,364 – £27,783 per year plus an additional £3,000-£6,000 per year for sleep-ins. Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week, rolling shift pattern (2 on / 4 off). Full UK Driving Licence is required.
We are looking for a children\’s support worker to become part of our loving family home, caring for younger children who have emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would provide encouragement and praise when needed, be patient and understanding during times of crisis, and inspire them to grow and develop. We aim to create a safe haven where every child\\\’s potential shines and you\\\’ll be a beacon of support for our young champions.

What does the job involve?
