Overview
We are looking for a residential support worker to become part of our family home, caring for vulnerable teenagers who have sometimes complex emotional difficulties and keeping them safe from harm. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop. The role can be challenging and you could be handling difficult situations BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.
