Location: Holbeach, PE12

SALARY: £13.90 per hour (£26,566 - £27,783) + £3000 - £6000 per year sleep in allowance

Full time hours working 14 hour shift, long day plus sleep in.

Full UK Driving licence is required.

As a therapeutic support worker you will:

  • Be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people, led and supported by a registered manager.
  • Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs.

  • Encourage and share hobbies and interests.

  • Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situations.

What do you need?

  • The ability to relate well and share interests, give encouragement and get involved.
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.

  • Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
  • Experience within children's care is highly beneficial.
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
