Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Caring, flexible, and resilient attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic approach.
- Willingness to work shifts and sleep‑ins.
- Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with young people.
- No prior experience required – full training and paid qualifications are provided.
- Working Hours & Salary
- From April1st2026 • 08:00‑22:00 – 39hrs per week • Salary £14.05–£14.75 per hour, plus £62.64 per sleep‑in session (approx. £3000‑£6000 per annum extra).
