Keys Group in St Albans is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our Children's Residential Home.

You will join a supportive team to promote positive development and provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people.

The role requires 12 months’ experience with child-centred, therapeutic models, a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People, and flexibility to cover long day shifts, weekends, and sleeps.

An enhanced DBS check is required.
