You’ll be overseeing the operations of our home in Spalding.

This home will support up to 5 Children & Young People.

This home would be ideal for someone with a background working in an EBD setting.

You’ll be supported by two Deputy Managers, and a team that has a lot of experience.

Alongside support from a Regional Manager and clinical specialists.

  • Leading a brand-new therapeutic children’s home.
  • Building and developing a high-performing care team.
  • Delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
  • Driving excellence in safeguarding, quality and compliance.
  • Creating a positive, child-centred and inclusive culture.
  • Managing operational performance, budgets and service development.
  • Coaching and developing future leaders within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within Children’s Residential.
  • Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
  • Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
  • Experience of budgets and financial management.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
