Deputy Home Manager - Children and Young People with Learning and Physical Disabilities
Location: Woolston, Southampton area
Salary: £33,664 plus an additional £62.64 per sleep in
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential in this role.
As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, being part of a region of 9 children's homes with the backing of a growing, national organisation, where you will be actively encouraged to be creative and bring your own unique skills and have the opportunity to influence change. You will be supported to gain level 5 qualifications, to grow and develop into future leaders and to take on additional responsibilities which will give you the confidence to step up to manage the home when needed.

Requirements:
- 2 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home either as a Senior or at Deputy level.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience with budgets and rotas.
- A full UK driving licence.
