- Build trusting relationships, help them feel safe, valued, and understood while encouraging their growth and independence every step of the way.
- Support children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs.
- Accompany them to appointments, school, and fun activities.
- Deliver personal care and help with daily routines.
- Support with household tasks and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
- Complete accurate, clear documentation and reports.
- Promote their wellbeing and safeguarding them.
