LOCATION: Whitchurch, Shropshire (SY13)

SALARY: £14.45 - £15.05* per hour

HOURS: 39 hours per week (including overnights) £62.64 per sleep-in.

  • A Full UK Driving Licence is essential

  • Provide individualised care and support to the children and young people living in our homes.
  • Build trusting relationships, help them feel safe, valued, and understood while encouraging their growth and independence every step of the way.
  • Support children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs.
  • Accompany them to appointments, school, and fun activities.
  • Deliver personal care and help with daily routines.
  • Support with household tasks and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Complete accurate, clear documentation and reports.
  • Promote their wellbeing and safeguarding them.
